Customer Service and Sales Manager

Sales & Customer Service Manager is a full-time position that works as the point person for each facility. The Sales and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring systems, checklist, and procedures are being followed correctly and the facility is run at its award winning potential. The manager will work with the owners and investors to ensure that all things are being implemented and acted upon.

This select individual should be great at leading a sales team to drive potential customers into the facility, turn prospects into customers, maximize revenue with existing customers, and retain existing customers.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has worked within a sales and customer service environment in the past - specifically within sports. This person should be available to work nights and weekends also. 

Job Functions:

  • Drive Revenue in the Door
    • Identify, prioritize, and solidify key partnerships with organizations to gain access to target customers
  • Lead by Example:
    • Be and live the culture of our organization
    • Follow the process and procedures for Sales and Customer Service Representatives
    • Run and maintain the front of the house (Sales / Customer Service)
      • Turn Prospects into Customers
      • Listen and understand Customer needs and match to service offerings
      • Grow Revenue with Existing Customers
      • Retain Existing Customers
  • Leader of Sales and Customer Service Representatives
    • Train and coach other team members to follow the process and procedures for the team
    • Work with the team to ensure sales pitches, scripts, and expectations are being followed.
    • Monitor and provide both positive and constructive feedback for the team.
  • Sales Management Goal Setting
    • Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor KPI plans and goals that will help grow all revenue streams
  • Facility Management Duties
    • Manage the Facility and help open and close when necessary
    • Perform checklists and ensure they are completed to the standard set forth
    • Point person between owners and facilities

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience Fit:

  • Experience leading a sales and customer service team
  • Strong track record of building strong, trusting relationships
  • College degree is preferred
